The following are the limitations of the Gluegent Flow mobile app:
- The login session of the Gluegent Flow mobile app is valid for two weeks.
- Switching user accounts is not supported. If you wish to use a different account, please uninstall and reinstall the app before logging in.
- Due to this limitation, even after logging out from the app, notifications may still be sent to the previously logged-in user.
- Smartphone authentication (device authentication) via the Gluegent Gate mobile app is not supported.
- Users subscribed to Gluegent Flow for SB Edition cannot use this app.
- If the use of Safari is not allowed in Google Workspace’s Mobile Device Management, the login session will not be maintained. You will be required to log in each time.
