The following are the limitations of the Gluegent Flow mobile app:
- The login session of the Gluegent Flow mobile app is valid for two weeks.
- Switching user accounts is not supported. If you wish to use a different account, Please follow the steps below:
1. Uninstall the app.
2. Log out of Gluegent Flow and the linked groupware from the web browser used by the app.
3. Reinstall the app.
4.Log in with a different account. - Due to this limitation, even after logging out from the app, notifications may still be sent to the previously logged-in user.
- Smartphone authentication (device authentication) via the Gluegent Gate mobile app is not supported.
- Gluegent Flow will use the default web browser of your Android device.
Google Chrome is the recommended web browser. Other browsers may not function properly.
If you are logged in with a different account in the web browser than in the app, unintended behavior may occur. - Users subscribed to Gluegent Flow for SB Edition cannot use this app.
