Screen Instructions for Users

This manual explains the screens of Gluegent Flow.

Task List Screen

This is the screen where you can create Tasks and process the created tasks. Both administrator users and standard users can use this screen.

Logo

This displays Gluegent Flow's logo.

For Google Workspace, this displays the logo that is set in Google Workspace.

Task creation button

Click Task creation button to create a task.

Types of task list

You can switch among the task list screens, such as tasks you need to process, tasks you have created, and others.

Email address of the logged-in user

This displays the Email address of the logged-in user.

Notes：
If you have selected a default group, the group name will display after the Email address.

Gear icon

Click gear icon to perform various operations.

The menu changes depending on the logged-in user. Different screens also display different menus.

Task list

Click the tasks in task list to check or process.

Select the "Types of task list" to display the list. You can also use the search bar at the top of the screen or the filters in the top-right to narrow down the tasks.

Model Selection Screen

You can select a created model to create a task.

Home

Click "Home" to return to the task list screen. 

Category

Select categories that contain the created models.

Model list

Click the model name to create a task.

You can click the star icon on the right to add models to Favorites.

Settings Screen

You can configure various setting of Gluegent Flow.

You can collapse the menu below to expand the screen.
