Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen to perform different kinds of operations, such as settings.
Use browser extensions
By installing browser extensions, the information of Gluegent Flow can be easily displayed.
The gadgets using browser extensions can only be used in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
Please follow the following steps to install browser extensions.
Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click "Administrations".
Find "Personal Settings", then click the button under "browser extension".

Please follow the screen instruction to install. After installing, a Gluegent Flow icon will appear on the browser. You can see the amount of the tasks by clicking it.
Please refer to "How to use browser extensions" to find more details.
Set the default group
In Gluegent Flow, you can use Roll to set the flow automatically.
The role to be used is assigned to the group to which the creator belongs. If the creator belongs to multiple groups, they need to select which group to use when creating a task.
Caution：
Only groups that can be traced from the root group are available.
The preselected group(default group) when creating task can be specified. If a user belongs to multiple groups, please follow the instructions below.
Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click "Administrations".
Click "Personal Settings".
Your belonging groups are displayed in the drop-down list. Select the group you want to set as the default group, then click "Save".
After setting, the default group you set will be displayed beside the Email address, which shows at the top right of the screen.
Important：
Please make sure to set your default group after you changed your belonging group.
The user who belongs to only one group do not have to do this.
Note：
- Each user needs to set their own default group. Administrators cannot set it.

Log out from Gluegent Flow
Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click "Logout".
You will be redirected to the sign in page.
Important：
This operation logs you out of Gluegent Flow only. It does not log you out of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365. Likewise, logging out of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 does not log you out of Gluegent Flow. Please make sure to log out of both Gluegent Flow and Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 separately.
If you cannot log due to an error screen or similar issue, please access the following URL directly to log out.

View the manuals
Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click "Manual".
You will be redirected to the Gluegent series manual site.
View the information of the application
Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click "About".
You will be redirected to the "About" screen. You can view the application's name and version there.
