If Gluegent Flow is not working properly, please check the following settings of your browser.
Allow Cookies
To use Gluegent Flow, your browser needs to be set to allow cookies.
Google Chrome
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of Google Chrome to open the menu, then click "Settings."
Click "Privacy and Security", then click "Third-party cookies".
Confirm that "Block third-party cookies" is NOT checked, as shown in the image below.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of Edge to open the menu, then click "Settings."
Click "Cookies and site permissions", then click "Manage and delete cookies and site data".
Turn on "Allow sites to save and read cookie data".
Firefox
Confirm that cookies are enabled.
Click the hamburger icon in the top-right corner of Firefox to open the menu, then click "Settings."
Click "Privacy & Security", then scroll down and find "History".
If the setting is "Remember history", no changes to settings are required.
If the setting is "Use custom settings for history", verify the following settings.
Find "Cookies and Site Data".
If "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is checked, click "Manage Exceptions...".
Find "Address of Website" and enter "https://gluegent-workflow.appspot.com". Then click "Allow" to allow Gluegent Flow to use cookies.
The address will be added to "Website".
Safari
To use Gluegent Flow in Safari, it may be necessary to change the cookie settings.
Click "Safari" from menu, then click "Settings".
Click "Advanced" tab and find Privacy. Confirm that "Block all cookies" is OFF.
Allow browser to use JavaScript
To use Gluegent Flow, JavaScript needs to be enabled in your browser.
Google Chrome
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of Google Chrome to open the menu, then click "Settings."
Click "Privacy and Security", then click "Site settings".
Scroll down and find "Content", then click "JavaScript".
Turn on "Sites can use JavaScript".
Microsoft Edge
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of Edge to open the menu, then click "Settings."
Click "Cookies and site permissions", then click "JavaScript".
Turn on "Allowed" in "Site permissions / JavaScript".
Firefox
Enter "about:config" in the Firefox address bar. A warning "Proceed with Caution" will appear. Click "Accept the Risk and Continue".
Enter "javascript.enabled" in the search bar and confirm that the value of "javascript.enabled" is "true". If it is "false", double-click the row and change it to "true".
Safari
Click "Safari" from menu, then click "Settings".
Click "Secruity" tab and confirm that "Enable JavaScript" is checked. If it is not checked, please check it.
