You can use browser extensions in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
By using browser extensions, you can view remaining tasks, in-progress applications, and future tasks.
How to install
Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen, then click "Administrations".
Find "Personal Settings", then click the button under "browser extension".
Please follow the screen instruction to install.
After installing, a Gluegent Flow icon will appear on the browser. You can see the number of the tasks by clicking it.
How to enable notifications
If the notification setting is enabled, there will be a notification when a task to be processed is added and you are the flow assignee.
Right-click the browser extension button, then click "Options".
Turn on "Notify on new tasks".

Caution：
If the notification is not coming, please turn on the notification setting of the browser.
Note：
If the option is set to "ON", the data will be updated automatically every minute. Therefore, it may take up to one minute to be notified after a task to be processed is added.
Display content and usage method
This explains each content displays in gadget.
- Unprocessed
- This shows the number of the tasks you need to process. By clicking the number you will be redirected to the task list "Unprocessed".
- Each task is represented by a square icon. Up to 20 icons can be displayed.
- Depending on the model settings, the color of the icon changes from green > yellow > red as days pass since creation. Urgent tasks are also shown in red.
- You can hover the mouse over an icon to display the details of the task.
- By clicking "Check All Tasks." you will be redirected to the task list "Unprocessed".
- Created (*Processing)
- This shows the number of uncompleted tasks you created. By clicking the number you will be redirected to the task list "Created".
- Expected
- This shows the number of the tasks assigned to you (or your group). By clicking the number you will be redirected to the task list "Expected".
- Create
- By clicking this you will be redirected to the model list so that you can create a new task.
- Refresh
- Click this icon to refresh the display content.
- Remind
- If you are reminded to process a task, this cion will appear.
